We’re looking for entrepreneurial people who love the outdoors, feel at home in nature, and are curious about agri‑rural life. You might be drawn to regenerative agriculture, farm‑to‑table food, rural community building, or designing authentic farm stays and experiences.
Roles here are hands‑on and varied: from field work and farm operations to guest experiences, storytelling, and helping us build new projects and revenue streams. Open Roles
Hiring plan: We have a plan to hire 3-5 individuals as part of the opening team. Roles include operations, marketing, business development, and leadership.
Compensation structure: Our compensation structure is designed for multi‑year growth, with a fair base, increasing responsibility over time, and the potential to share in the value created as the enterprise grows. During the intial years, for senior team members, our pay structure will include a base pay but focus more on the profit share/equity component.
